『古代に真実を求めて』29集

　　　　　の目次(和文･英文)

　来春、明石書店より発行予定の『古代に真実を求めて』29集の採用論文を決定し、現在、同社でゲラ作成段階に入っています。本書のタイトルは｢藤原京 王朝交代の舞台｣です。今回より採用論文などの題名を英訳し、英文目次も掲載することにしました(注)。これは、古田史学の最新研究を世界に発信するための初歩的な試みです。英文目次は古田史学の会HPにも掲載します。

　英訳に当たり、竹村順弘事務局次長や編集委員の谷本茂さん、元･東京大学地震研究所准教授の都司嘉宣さんのご協力をいただきました。近年の英訳ソフトはかなり進化しているものの、一元史観を前提に単語を選択するためか、多元史観ではニュアンスが異なるケースもあり、四苦八苦しながら英訳しました。現役時代は、化学界で世界的に統一された用語を用いることができましたが、日本古代史論文では勝手が違い、良い勉強になりました。これを機会に多元史観特有の英単語や構文を提案できればと思います。
